Construction
Basic material is Duro board wood/M.S/S.S front back top and exterior surfaces are covered with laminated mica/M.S/S.S.
All interior surfaces are epoxy painted/M.S/S.S. filter seat is carefully formed, installed and checked for leakage.
Worktable is made of Mica top and side panels are made of 6 mm thick glass transparent framed in anodized Aluminum angle frame.

The Vacuum Rotary Evaporator (Motorized) consists of 800ml evaporating flask rotated by heavy-duty motor in a heating water bath. Fitted with Motorized Auto Lift System which operates up or down on touches of a button and speed regulator for speed adjustments. The evaporating flask of Vacuum Rotary Evaporator (Motorized) is pear shaped to give a large surface area of evaporation. Evaporating flask is clamped to a glass duct that goes through the drive unit and protrudes into the condenser. Our laboratory ovens are Double walled convection heated units. Outer body of our hot air oven is constructed out of stainless-steel sheet of SS-304 grade/ M.S duly powder-coated. The inner chamber is made of heavy gauge stainless steel sheet of SS-304grade. The gap between the walls is filled high grade mineral glass wool, which ensures maximum thermal efficiency in our laboratory ovens. Our chemical fume hoods are conceptualized and designed to provide a work area which is free from all the potentially hazardous fumes or chemical effluents that may be emitted during the course of a given experiment or procedure in a laboratory.
Our fume hoods capture the fumes released during an experiment by drawing fresh air from the environment, past the user into the unit.. This way the
concentration of the chemical fumes/effluents are kept at the minimum possible
levels in and around the breathing zone of the user. The vector of the air in the
fume hood points to the inward direction and perpendicular to the face of the user.
