Control panel has separate heating and cooling indicator lamps; temperature set allows the user to select any desired temperature. Voltmeter is provided at the panel to check the incoming voltage.

Horizontal Laminar Air Flow Bench is complete package unit provided to give clean air to any laboratory. Horizontal Laminar Air Flow Bench is useful where any hypercritical work has to be performed within minimum contamination as they assure 99.97% removal of airborne particles as 0-3 microns in the work area. The basic elements of Horizontal Laminar Air Flow Bench are pre-filters, heavy-duty blower assembly; HEPA (high Efficiency particular Air) filter (Absolute filter) fresh air is drawn through the pre-filter and passes to absolute HEPA filter. Construction

• Basic material is Duro board wood/M.S/S.S front back top and exterior surfaces are covered with laminated mica/M.S/S.S.
• All interior surfaces are epoxy painted/M.S/S.S. filter seat is carefully formed, installed and checked for leakage.
• Worktable is made of Mica top and side panels are made of 6 mm thick glass transparent framed in anodized Aluminum angle frame.

The Vacuum Rotary Evaporator (Motorized) consists of 800ml evaporating flask rotated by heavy-duty motor in a heating water bath. Fitted with Motorized Auto Lift System which operates up or down on touches of a button and speed regulator for speed adjustments. The evaporating flask of Vacuum Rotary Evaporator (Motorized) is pear shaped to give a large surface area of evaporation. Evaporating flask is clamped to a glass duct that goes through the drive unit and protrudes into the condenser. Vacuum Rotary Evaporator (Motorized) is made of superior quality parts that are highly reliable.

• The type B2 total exhaust cabinets are widely used in toxicology laboratories and similar applications where chemical effluent is present and clean air is essential.
• All types of Class II cabinets may be used in biosafety level 4 laboratories when workers utilize positive pressure suits. However for level 4 Class III cabinets are recommended.

Construction Details:

• Our laboratory ovens are Double walled convection heated units. Outer body of our hot air oven is constructed out of stainless-steel sheet of SS-304 grade/ M.S duly powder-coated. The inner chamber is made of heavy gauge stainless steel sheet of SS-304grade. The gap between the walls is filled high grade mineral glass wool, which ensures maximum thermal efficiency in our laboratory ovens. User oriented design of shelves makes you adjust each space of shelves without difficulty. The unit is provided with one to three/four stainless steel shelves (As per the inner size). Door fitted with heavy duty hinges and door handle ensuring there are no leakages through the door gasket.

Outer body of our incubators is constructed out of thick PCRC sheet duly pre-treated, with primers and rust proofing and elegantly powder coated. The inner chamber is made of heavy gauge stainless steel sheet of SS-304 grade. The gap between the walls is filled high grade mineral glass wool, which ensures maximum thermal efficiency in our CO2 incubators (Carbon Di Oxide Incubators) the unit is provided with two doors, the inner door is made of thick plexi glass/float glass, to view the specimens without disturbing the temperature of the chamber. This door is provided with magnetic door closer. The outer door is made of mild steel sheet lined with stainless steel from inside. This door is provided with lock and key arrangement. The unit is provided with two stainless steel shelves. The triple walled back of our CO2 incubators are provided with two air circulation fans for uniform maintenance of the temperature throughout the chamber.

Construction Details:
